Suspension of labor contracts in the fur industry, For the month of July, PS ERGANI will be available from 15/7/2022 to 31/7/2022 for the submission of declarations of suspensions of employees' employment contracts.

It is announced that for the months of July, August, and September 2022, companies operating in the fur industry, which are affected by the consequences of the war in Ukraine, may suspend the employment contracts of their employees who have been hired until May 31, 2022, and up to a maximum of 80% of all of them.

In particular, the measure of suspension of contracts can be applied to companies - employers who have a main Activity Code Number (KAD) on 30.4.2022 or secondary KAD with the highest income in the tax year 2020 according to the income tax returns submitted up to 31.12.2021, one of the following:

01.49.19.02 - Fur-bearing animal breeding (foxes, minks, beavers, chinchillas, and others)

01.49.3 - Production of raw fur skins and various raw sheepskins and skins

14.20 - Manufacturing of fur goods

15.11 - Treatment and tanning of leather, treatment, and dyeing of furs

46.42.11.27 - Wholesale of tanned or treated furskins

46.42.11.29 - Wholesale of clothing, clothing accessories, and other articles of fur (except headgear)

46.42.11.36 - Wholesale of fur clothing accessories (except headgear)

46.42.11.40 - Wholesale of semi-finished furs

46.42.11.58 - Wholesale of coarse fur (clippings)

It is noted that in the case of a four-digit KAD, all five-digit, six-digit, and eight-digit KAD subcategories are included, and in the case of a five-digit KAD, all six-digit and eight-digit KAD subcategories are included.

Employees whose employment contracts are suspended are entitled to special purpose compensation in the amount of five hundred and thirty-four euros (€534) which corresponds to thirty days, in proportion to the days during which their employment contracts are suspended. In order to receive the compensation, companies - employers are required to submit a responsible declaration every month to the P.S . ( ERGANI ) with which they declare the employees whose employment contracts are suspended.

The suspension of employees' employment contracts is announced in advance, at least the day before the start of the suspension.

For the month of July, PS ERGANI will be available from 15/7/2022 to 31/7/2022 for the submission of declarations of suspensions of employees' employment contracts.

Especially - for the employment contracts of employees that have been suspended during the period from 1/7/2022 to 19/7/2022, the responsible declarations of the companies must be submitted by 19/7/2022 at the latest. For employment contracts of employees that are suspended from 20/7/2022 onwards, the notice of suspension applies.
