PS ERGANI - The employment balance in May 2022 is positive, according to the data of PS.( INSTRUMENTS )

The balance of employment flows remained positive, both in May and in the first five months of the year, according to the data of the Information System "ERGANI".

Specifically, during the last month,
the recruitment announcements amounted to 326,359, while the departures to 226,403 (107,522 voluntary departures and 118,881 terminations of indefinite contracts or expiration of fixed-term contracts). As a result, the May balance sheet was positive by 99,956 jobs.

In the five months of January - May, recruitment announcements amounted to 1,115,594 and departures reached 867,515 (456,827 terminations of indefinite contracts or expiration of fixed-term contracts and 410,688 voluntary departures). Thus, the balance of employment flows in the first quarter of the year was positive by 248,079 jobs.
