The myErgani application is now available on mobile and tablets, making it even easier for private-sector employees to have direct access to their work history. The application is available for android and iOS devices.

Through this, each employee has direct and easy access to all employment relationships with the employers where he has been employed, as well as to the most recently recorded data of each relationship, as recorded in the PS. INSTRUMENTS from the statements of the obligated employers. At the same time, he can see in real-time the changes that take place in the PS. INSTRUMENTS and concern him, through promotional notifications (push notifications). Logging in to the service requires authentication using TaxisNet passwords.

It is reminded that in December 2021 the web application myergani.gov.gr was launched, which was the forerunner of the myErgani mobile app. In turn, the application is the basis through which the Digital Work Card will be available, through a relative upgrade (update) of the application.

From July 1, 2022, every employee in banks and supermarkets (with more than 250 employees) will have access to their Digital Work Card (in QR Code format). This way, employees will be able to view the Real Employment Diary, which gathers the scheduled hours, as well as all the data of their individual Digital Work Card with one click from their mobile phone.

The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Kostis Hatzidakis, stated in this regard: "The myErgani application is another decisive step for the implementation of the Digital Work Card. Now every employee will have in his hands, through his mobile phone, immediate, fast and easy access to the data that his employer declares for him. From July 1, in fact, the Digital Work Card will be available through the application, where the real working time of the employees will be recorded for the first time. MyErgani and Digital Card, therefore, are in practice a guarantee for the observance of the schedule, but also of the overtime of the employees, in order to deal with the phenomena of undeclared and undeclared work. We take advantage of the possibilities provided by the new technologies so that no one can "steal" their working hours anymore. With transparency and comprehensive information, we give strength to the employee in practice and not in words "
