The Greek government has not yet announced the A-Alpha 2 exams.
What is the Alpha 2 Greek language,
This test is conducted in three (3) stages and consists of five (5) thematic units.In the first stage (first thematic unit), candidates are tested in the writing process of Greek history and Greek culture. Answers to related questions.
In the second stage (2nd, 3rd, and 4th thematic units), the candidates' comprehension of oral and written speech, as well as written speech preparation, is examined.
More specifically:
Verbal Comprehension: Candidates are examined in two recorded essays. Includes information that refers to everyday situations and personal experiences (family, market, work, leisure, activities, etc.). Simple announcements or news, instructions, explanations. Recorded text is heard every two (2) times.
And test takers are asked to combine sentences with pictures, answer questions of the "right or wrong" type, answer multiple-choice questions, or keep short notes.
Understanding written language:
Candidates are given short essays that refer to everyday situations (such as announcements, advertisements, brochures, brief descriptions of people, events, items, locations, etc., and easy-to-use instructions).
Articles are asked to combine sentences with pictures or phrases, answer "right-wrong" type questions or multiple choice questions or fill in the blanks in the text.
Written output:
Candidates write two short essays (one friendly and one official) on various topics of their daily life.
. In the third stage (Fifth Thematic Unit) the oral skills of the candidates are tested. The oral exam involves a discussion with the reviewer and a brief role-play between the examiners and is recorded. Describe the various events of the candidates, briefly describe the people, objects, everyday situations, habits, etc.

- Verbal response to everyday communication situations,
- In simple terms, their abilities are assessed.
